An innovative and adaptable software
Co-founders involved in process digitalization
Philippe de Rosnay
For BNP, Societe Generale and then Exane, he was in charge of running financial informatics programs for the Trading Rooms. It is particularly at Exane that he distinguished himself by creating “from scratch” an important team in charge of IT production in the particularly demanding environment of the financial markets.
A new platform to digitalize recruitment
In order to facilitate the multiposting and management of job offers, then the management of applications and the follow-up of candidates, he develops, with his IT team, a recruitment software in SaaS which is today the flagship product of Beetween.
This digital recruitment platform is now marketed to 3,000 recruiters. It draws directly on the experience of the recruitment firm Beetween and regularly develops itself, notably through professional training delivered to its clients. Today at the head of Beetween, Philippe de Rosnay manages a team in Paris and one in Rennes. He does not hesitate to get in direct contact with recruiters to offer them an ever more innovative offer adapted to their needs
An Epita engineer, Christophe spent the first twelve years of his career at GL Trade, a software publisher that was a pioneer in trading solutions for trading rooms. The digitization of stock market order placement accelerated GL Trade’s growth and Christophe quickly became CEO of Southern Europe and then, a few years later, Deputy CEO of GL Trade in the United States. Christophe actively participates in the growth of the company: internationally by creating 7 subsidiaries, by actively participating in the development strategy and also in external growth.
In 2007, he takes over the management of an American software editor and founds with Philippe de Rosnay the recruitment firm Beetween.
On his return to France, Christophe invests in Beetween to launch the first ATS integrating the multi diffusion.
